At Posh Footwear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below, which applies to customers in Pakistan.
Refund Eligibility
Time Limit: You can ask for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund requests after this time will not be accepted.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging included.
Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide a receipt or order confirmation to process a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Sale Items: Items bought on sale or during promotions cannot be refunded.
Customized Items: Personalized products are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
How to Request a Refund
Contact Us: To start a refund, email our customer service at info@poshfootwear.co,with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure it arrives safely.
Approval Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll check it to make sure it meets our refund requirements. We’ll then let you know if your refund is approved.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, follow the same steps as above. Once we receive your return, we’ll give you store credit so you can place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us right away at info@poshfootwear.co. We’ll send you a replacement or give you a refund at no extra cost, but client will pay replacement shipping price.
